ANDERSON HILL.
Dec. 16—Died, Saturday, Dec. 13, at his home on East Main street, Owego, David Warner Andrews, aged 86 years. He is survived by his aged wife, who Is very, feeble, four sons and two daughters. Hon. George F. and Albert S. of Owego; Charles H. of Tioga; Elmer E. of Lestershlre; Mrs. Herman D. Waiters of Blnghamton, and Mrs. Frank C. Truman of Clayton, N.Y. eleven grandchildren, Frederick, and George L. Andrews of Owego; Edith, Allyn. Marian and Robert Waiters, and Lawrence Andrews of Binghamton; Howard, Edna and Harold Andrews, of Lestershire; and two great grandsons, children of Lawrence Andrews; numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. Mr. Andrews was born in this place July 16, 1827, and was a.son of Miles and Electa Warner Andrews. He was the last member of his own immediate family. The funeral was held at his late home Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock and was attended by a large concourse of relatives and friends. The large quantity of lovely flowers attested the devotion of his loved ones. The sermon, which was powerful and comforting, was delivered by their pastor, and the remains were tenderly laid at rest by his four sons, son-in-law H. D, Walters, and nephew D. H. Andrews. Mr. Andrews was. an upright, honest, man, loved and esteemed by all who knew him, and those who knew, him best, loved him most. He will be much missed, especially in his own home and by his own children arid grandchildren. Mr. and Mrs. Andrews (the latter nee Thirza J. Howard) celebrated their golden wedding, about two years ago next month.

The funeral was held at the home Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. Frank W. Young officiating. The burial was in Evergreen cemetery.
