Betty L. Sailors, 70, of Blytheville, AR., passed from this life Saturday, February 4, 2012, at Flo and Phil Hospice House in Jonesboro.

Born in Newport, AR., to Charles and Rebal Bailey Tanner.

She was a retired Quality Control/Inspector at Milwaukee Tool and attended First United Pentecostal Church in Kennett, MO. Betty went on to pursue a business degree and succeeded in making the Presidents and Dean's List during her time at Mississippi County Community College. She supported the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Betty was a devoted and loving wife for 52 years. She was the absolute best Mother in the world, who adored her children and grandchildren. Her brothers and sisters were always close to her heart, as were her nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Verlen Tanner and sister, Patricia Downing.

She is survived by her husband, Watson "Pete" Sailors of the home; children, Regina Houseman-Lodrigue of Cardwell, MO, David Sailors of St. Louis, MO, Michelle ElMore of Paragould, AR. Tina Murray of Plano, TX, Annette Ross and husband, Joe of Florence, SC, and Lynn Sailors of Blytheville, AR' brothers, Jimmy Tanner and Allen Tanner and wife, Mitzi, all of Kennett, MO, Dean Tanner and wife, Jing Jing of Dubaiua, UAE and Paul Tanner of Ward, AR; sisters, Lana Moore and husband, Jim and Gail Fleming, both of Ward, AR, Elizabeth Tanner of Champagne, IL and half sister, Charlene Watson of Hot Springs, AR.

A celebrate of her life was held in Cobb Funeral Home Chapel.
