Mrs. Perkins, 66, of Pitkin died Friday, Sept. 10, 1999, in Oakdale.
She was born in Cravens, was a member of the Pitkin Pentecostal Church and a housewife.
Survivors include four sons, Mitchell Dewayne Perkins of DeRidder, Wayne Irey of Pitkin, Rodger Irey of Arkansas, and Donnie Irey of Rosepine; eight daughters, Eleanor Irey of Otis, Kathy Cardy and Rita Dixon, both of Cravens, Charlotte Thompson of Fullerton, Jeannie Johnson of Pitkin, Michelle Merchant and Shirley Bloodsworth, both of Hineston, and Patricia Accettella of Pollock; one brother, Herman L. Perkins of Oakdale; four sisters, Willie Barrington of Vidor, Texas, Irene LaBee of Zwolle, Erma Jean Bass of Rosepine and Rachel Coram of Alexandria, Va.; 28 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
