Elvin was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Henry Allen Fogleman. Surviving him are his wife, Mary (Marie); sons, Lynn and wife, Vanessa, Brian and wife, Rhonda; daughter, Julie; grandchildren, Jennifer, Derek, Dalton, Dakota, Kelsey, and Hannah; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Derek Fogleman, Duane LeBlanc, Bobby LeBlanc, and Kirk Price, David Cox, Jimmy Miller. Honorary pallbearer is Dalton Fogleman.
