Houma, LA; Courier 14 Jan 1985, Monday Submitted by: Cynthia F. Daigle BOURG, ALIDAAlida Ledet Bourg, 86, a native of Montegut and a resident of Houma, died at 9:30 p.m. Friday.
Religious services were held at 11 a.m. today at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
She is survived by one son, Lavis A. Bourg of Houma; one daughter, Pearl Bourg Bergeron of Houma; one sister, Mrs. Prosper (Aline) Vauclin of Houma; nine grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and four great great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Adam J. Bourg; her parents, Emile and Angelina Malbrough Ledet; one stepson, Milton Folse; two brother, Aurelie and Alfred Ledet; and three sister, Amelian Babin, Lenenia Ledet and Frances Ledet.
