Brone Shane Moore was born at the Baptist Memorial Hospital in Gadsden (Etowah Co.) AL Son of David R. and Edna R. Keener Moore Brown. He was a resident all of his short little life in Leesburg, AL, where he lived with his grandparents Joe H. and Sadie B. Keener for around 20 years. He was severely injured in a car accident and life flighted to Huntsville, AL where he died.
Mr. Shane Moore, age 36 of Leesburg passed away Monday May 30, 2011 at Huntsville Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Thursday at the Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Joshua Lynn officiating. Burial will follow in the Hopewell cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Survivors include his mother, Edna and stepfather Tommy Brown, Ohatchee; His Father, David Moore, Pensacola, FL; Brother, Bart (Amanda) Moore, Fort Payne; Grandmother, Sadie Keener; Aunts and Uncles, Sarah & Kenneth Decker, Glenda & Harold Brown, Jeffrey Holderfield, & Edward Leonard; Special Nephews and Cousins, Clinton Decker, James Brown, Kaci Lowe, Stephanie Maroney, Allie Rogers, Josh Decker, Brooklyn Maroney, Chad & Jeremy Jennings; Nieces, Madison, Breanna, and Alexis Moore. Mr. Moore was a native of Etowah County. He was a member of Leesburg Church of God of Prophecy and was preceded in death by his grandparents, Tom & Bernice Moore and Joe Keener, Aunt, Bobbie Holderfield, and Nephew, William Moore.
