Paul Wilburn Jackson son of the late Gertrude Pulley Jackson and Oather Jackson was born at Centerville, Missouri, on March 7, 1928. He departed this life at Land Mark Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, on January 22, 2012, having attained the age of 83 years, 10 months and 15 days.
On April 21, 1950 in Pocahontas, Arkansas, Paul was united in marriage to Edna Laramore and to this loving union three children, were born. Paul was a cattle farmer and he worked in construction having retired from the Local 916 in Farmington, Missouri. Paul loved gardening, working in the yard, riding his four wheeler, family dinners and spending time with his family at their campsites.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, two grandsons, Paul White and Travis Scott, one granddaughter, infant, Paula White, two sisters, Beulah Jackson and Myrl Creemens, three brothers, Tom, John and Delbert Jackson.
Paul is survived by his wife, Edna Jackson of Centerville, one son, David Jackson and wife, Sandy of Centerville, two daughters, Erma Jackson and companion Frank Chitwood of Centerville, Vicky Scott and husband Butch of Centerville, five granddaughters, Kim Fernandez and husband Mike of Columbia, Shawna Myers and husband Dustin of Lesterville, Melissa Meloy and husband Brian of Centerville, Pamela Jackson of Centerville, Cara Chitwood of Van Buren, 10 great-grandchildren, Cody, Kelsey, and Makayla White and Jasmine Bain of, Bonne Terre, Sophia and Alex Fernandez of Columbia, Brennen Meloy of Centerville, and Ryder Scott of Annapolis, Alliyah and Gracen Myers of Lesterville, granddaughter-in-law, Lori Bain of Bonne Terre and granddaughter-in-law, Whitney Casteel of Annapolis, two sisters, Eileene Santhuff of Centerville, Imogene Landers of Salem and one brother, Leroy Jackson and wife Louise of Ava, Illinois. Paul was a loving husband, father, grandpa, son, brother and friend; he will be deeply missed by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will mourn his passing.

Funeral Services: Thursday, January 26th at 1 PM at McSpadden Funeral Home, Lesterville
