He was born Oct. 20, 1915, in Superior, Wis. A retired mechanical engineer, he was a member of Masonic Lodge, Rocky Mountain Coal Mining Institute and a 13-year resident of Las Vegas.
He is survived by his wife, Dorthy of Las Vegas; son, Bill of Hoboken, N.J.; daughters, Betty Long of Salt Lake City and Nanci of Mt. Airy, Md.; sister, Alyce Rauschenfels of Duluth, Minn.; and six grandchildren. Memorial services will be held in Salt Lake City. Palm Mortuary-Cheyenne handled the arrangements. The family requests memorial donations be made to Nathan Adelson Hospice.
