Mary Ellen Burgess, 85, of Clermont died Wednesday at Northeast Georgia Medical Center's Lanier Park campus following an extended illness.
A native of Union County, she had lived in Hall most of her life. She was a homemaker and a retired dairy farmer. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son, Jimmy Breeden, Clermont; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
