Mary first married Miles Kenan Womack in 1936 in Gadsden County, Florida. They had a son Miles Kenan Womack Jr who is still living. They divorced in 1951. I spoke with thier son on the phone and he provided quite a but of info for much of his side of the family to me.

Mary Ida Capell and Jack Logan Covington married in 1954 in Leon County, Florida. They were distant cousins. Thier common ancestor was Edward Capell. He was a third great grandfather to both of them. I do not know if they were aware of this or not. Mary's family kept the spelling as Capell where as our family altered the spelling to Capel.
