Shirley was the daughter of Archie and Mildred Gardner Arlington. She was the sister of Marilyn Hossenlopp, Ruth Nero, Evelyn Brown, Ronald Arlington, Robert Arlington and Donald Arlington. She was married to Donald Niehl for over 50 years. She was the mother of seven children: Donald, Jr., Sandy, Gennie, Michael ,Barbara, Diana and Shirley and 19 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She will be missed by all. Her ashes are to be scattered at a later date over Niagara Falls which was one of her favorite places to visit.
