His father was Andrew Hazen, born at Norwich, Conn., 22 May 1764, died at Munson, 1836. [I have not been able to find a Memorial for Andrew.] His mother was Sally Hamblin, third wife of Andrew. [Andrew and Sally were married in Vermont.] Sally d. at Munson, 1854, and was the daughter of Barnabas and Mary (Bassett) Hamblin.
