Samuel A. "Bowbe" Wilson, 79, of Red Bank, TN died Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at Memorial North Park.
He was a longtime resident of Rhea County, a Veteran of the U.S. Army and was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by wife of 54 years, Lillian Wilson; parents, Jesse George and Liddy Wilson; two brothers, Jess and Bill Wilson; two sisters, Orphia Burke and Muriel Long.Survivors include son, Mike (Cindy) Wilson; two grandchildren, Dana (Jimmy) Whaley, Dustin (Tiffany) Wilson; four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Odell Ashburn officiating.
Burial in Kiuka-Rogers Cemetery.
Visitation 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home.
