The funeral service for Alice L. Frost formerly of Albert Lea, MN and presently of Owatonna, MN will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday February 4, 2012 at Bonnerup Funeral Service, Albert Lea, MN. Pastor Don Rose will officiate. Interment will be in Geneva Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-8p.m. Friday at Bonnerup Funeral Service, Albert Lea and one hour before the service.
Alice died Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at the Season's Hospice, Rochester, MN. She was 70 years old.
Alice was born September 30, 1941 in Albert Lea, MN to William and Mildred (Hanson)
Lombard. She graduated from Albert Lea High School in 1960. Alice married Victor Frost on February 19, 1966 in South Dakota. After their marriage, they resided in Manly, Iowa and then came to Albert Lea in 1982 and the past 10 years she has lived in Owatonna, MN. Alice was of the Lutheran faith. She worked as a Dental Representative for Federated Insurance Company of Owatonna. Alice enjoyed doing crocheting, crafts, painting ceramics, camping, playing cards, bingo and working on jigsaw puzzles. She also took many motorcycle trips. Alice spent a lot of time reading. and taking care of her two dogs, Bubba and Patches.
Alice is survived by her four children: Ronald Walk and his wife Dawn of Albert Lea, MN., Tom Walk and his wife Tammy of Greenfield, IA., Lori Breamer and her husband Curtis of Owatonna, MN., and Eugene Frost and his wife Brandy of Winona, MN.; grandchildren: Shane and his wife Kristine, Derreck, TJ, Michelle, Heather, Allison, Brenna, Spencer, Jacob, Nathan, Brianna, Kayla, Isaiah, and Elijah; brother: Arthur Lombard of Albert Lea, MN., sister: Sue Steihl of Albert Lea, MN, sisters: Wanda Thomas of St. Paul, MN., Sandy Bolinger of Albert Lea, MN., brother: David Cornick of Albert Lea, MN., sister: Diane Clever of Albert Lea, MN., sister Renae Peterson of Ellendale, MN., and sister: Julie Cornick of Albert Lea, MN.; many nieces and nephews.
