Carl Laster, 75, of Cabot passed away Friday, Sept. 27, 2002. He was retired from Coca-Cola as a salesman and was a faithful member of Faith Baptist Church in Cabot. Carl served his country as a proud member of the United States Marine Corps. Preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Alma Laster.
Survivors include his loving wife, Jean Maddox West Laster of Cabot; children, Carlton Laster of Little Rock, Karen and Phillip Whitaker of Sheridan, Keith and Michelle Laster of Sheridan; daughter-in-law, Connie Laster of Little Rock; stepchildren, Dan West of Cabot, Dwight and Betty West of Broken Arrow, Okla., Gary, and Tina West of Corinth, Miss., and Kathy Hill Madison, Miss.; brother, Boyd Laster of Sheridan; 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
