Funeral services for Mrs. Georgiann E. Draemer, 69, of Stafford, were held 2 p.m. Monday in the Garmany & Co. Chapel in Rosenberg with Rev. Leslie C. Welch officiating. Burial was in the Stafford Public Cemetery.
Mrs. Draemer died early Saturday morning in her home.
She was born Aug. 26, 1900 in Bastrop, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Bush.
Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Matilda Karonika of Houston, Mrs. Evie Castleberry of Rosenberg, Mrs. Oma Castleberry of Houston, Mrs. Addie Bezecny of Fort Wroth and Mrs. Nora Drake of Stafford; five sons, Paul Draemer of North Carolina, Bennie Draemer of Houston, Rudolph Draemer, Ernest Draemer, and Ray Draemer all of Stafford; one step-daughter, Mrs. Louise Hergert of Houston; one step-son, Willie Draemer of Sugar Land; two sisters, Mrs. Mattie Hecker of Brenham and Mrs. Bertha Ellington of Sharon; 22 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Harold Brookshire, James Boyd, Joe DeFatta, Albert Nulisch, Ollie Nulisch and Joe Ferro.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Garmany & Co., Funeral Directors.
