Simon W. Weiker
Simon W. Weiker, 71, of rural Bloomdale, died at 9:10 a.m. Wednesday, November 3, 1965 in Blanchard Valley Hospital of a complication of diseases after he had been ill 10 days.
Born November 10, 1893 in Wood County, he was the son of David and Catherine (Swinehart) Weiker.
Survivors include three brothers, Jesse, North Baltimore: Clarence, Bradner, and Alonzo, Risingsun: and two sisters, Ada Eckert, Bowling Green, and Mrs. Alma Gough, McGregor, Michigan.
A veteran of World War I, he attended the Eagleville Church of Christ.
Services will be held in the church at 1:30 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Luther Norris officiating. Burial will be in Weaver Cemetery.
Friends may call Friday afternoon and evening at the Maurer Funeral Home at Bloomdale.
