Mina Minnie Brown Hrobar, 98, of Seguin, passed away in Seguin, Texas, on February 2, 2012, with her daughter, Rosie, at her side. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, February 6, at Rose Hill Methodist Church in Tomball, followed by interment in Oklahoma Community Cemetery.
Mina Minnie was born in Velasco, Brazoria County, Texas, to the late Perry Maxey Brown Sr. and Clive Merle Stratton Brown. She married Yaro "Jerry" Hrobar on Oct. 29, 1938, in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry, on April 14, 1972; and a son, Anthony "Tony" Hrobar on May 29, 2005.
Survivors include her daughter, sons, sister, brothers, several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
