Frank Edward Allen, 84, of Ephrata, died Thursday, Dec. 15, 2011.
Survivors include his children, Frank C. Allen of Silverdale, John E. Allen of Calabasas, Calif., Constance Andrea of Gig Harbor, Kimber Leah Allen of Olympia and Pamela M. Jordan of Port Orchard.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Haven of Rest Chapel in Gig Harbor, with interment to follow at the Haven of Rest Cemetery. Arrangements are by Nicoles Funeral Home, Ephrata.
