Lucille was born in Topeka and raised in Catherine, Kansas. She married Severin E. Miller on November 19, 1941 in Catherine.

She was a member of Mater Dei Assumption Church.

Survivors include her son, David (Jane) Miller, Topeka; son, Kevin (Mary) Miller, Topeka; daughter, Andrea (Ray) Burgett, Topeka; daughter, Mary (Joe) Mulligan, Rowlett, TX; brother, John Younger, Victoria, KS; brother, Thomas Younger, Victoria, KS; sister, Sr. Patricia Younger, Bisbee, AZ; sister, Nadine Pedersen, Lake Mary, FL; 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rita Marie Miller; her husband, Severin; brothers, Francis Younger, Albert Younger, Bernard Younger, Richard Younger, Jack Younger and an infant brother; her sisters, Lietta Niernberger, Catherine Bitterman, Rita Desch, and grandson, David Miller, Jr.

Visitation will be held tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. with a rosary at 6:30 p.m. at Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home, 2801 SW Urish Rd., Topeka KS 66614. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Mater Dei Holy Name Church. Burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Mater Dei Assumption Church sent in care of the funeral home.
