He was the husband of Suzannah E. Harmon Pickard.
Mr. Pickard was a musician and a member of the American Federation of Musicians, Faith United Church of Christ and Loyal Order of Moose, Gettysburg.
Survivors include: one daughter, Mrs. Kenneth G. Stump, 976 Richwill Drive; Two sons, Thomas H. Pickard, Marlton N.J.; and Timothy S. Pickard, 37 E. ninth Ave.; seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Etzweiler Funeral Home, 1111 E. market St. The Rev. Dwayne C. Carter will officiate. Burial will be in Suburban Memorial Gardens.
Memorial contributions may be made to York County Chapter, American heart Association.
Mr. Pickard died age 68 years, 4 months and 7 days.
