Abigail was born March 12, 1678 in Windsor, Connecticut. She was the daughter of Josiah Barber & Abigail Loomis. She married Cornelius Brown, son of Peter Brown and Mary Gillette at Windsor on December 4, 1701. Cornelius and Abigail had nine children, all born at Windsor. Cornelius died at Windsor in 1747. Abigail lived for many years as a widow, and died in February of 1772. Her husband was buried in the Palisado Cemetery in Windsor, so there is no reason to think that she was not also buried there.
