According to her Washington State death record, Agnes was the daughter of Alfred Young and Mary Shepard. She was the wife of J. W. Mason.

"AGNES MARIE MASON

Funeral services for Agnes marie Mason, 74, who passed away at her home in Kent August 19 at 6:00 p.m., following a stroke, were held yesterday afternoon at the Chittenden Chapel, Rev. Rodney Arney officiating. Interment was in Kent Cemetery, the commitment service being under the direction of the Eastern Star, of which Mrs. Mason was a prominent member.

Her husband, J. W. Mason, survives her.

Mrs. Mason was born in England on October 5, 1861, and came to America in 1888, and had been a resident of this didstrict for 30 years. She was a life long member of the Episcopal church, prominent in Good Templar and Eastern Star activities, and was highly esteemed by all."
