Ollie R. Baker, 67, Watsontown, Dies
Ollie R. Baker, East Seventh street, Watsontown, died this morning at 4 o'clock in Williamsport Hospital. He was admitted yesterday.
The son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Michael Baker, he was born in Watsontown on Jan. 22, 1886, and lived there his entire life.
He was graduated from Watsontown High School in 1903. He was a well known piano player in his early years, and was in demand at many social functions. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are three sons, Leonard, Lock Haven; Floyd, of Lancaster, and Gene, Watsontown; a daughter, Mrs. Robert Batdorf, Watsontown, and eight grandchildren.
Services will be held from the Cronrath Funeral Home, Watsontown, at 2:30 p. m. Sunday, in charge of Rev. Thomas Wood, pastor of the Watsontown Presbyterian Church. Interment will be in Watsontown Cemetery..
