Edmond A. Barker, 81, formerly of 2015 North Lyon, died at 6 a.m. Tuesday at Nevada State Hospital after a long illness.
The retired electrician was a member of New Testament Baptist Church.
Surviving are a brother, Oscar, of Miller, and a sister, Mrs. Velma Culver of Bakersfield, Calif.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Klingner Chapel with the Rev. Harry Vickery officiating. Burial will be in Rice Cemetery, east of Dadeville.
