Lloyd W. Dilweg, 69, 836 S Evergreen, Shawano, died Wednesday afternoon in Shawano Community Hospital after being ill since February. Born Sept 14, 1894, to Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Dilweg in Milwaukee, he came to Green Bay in 1938. He served as secretary-treasurer of Brebner Machine Co. for 17 years until retirement 10 years ago.

Mr. Dilweg moved to Shawano Lake and later to Shawano with his wife, the former Rosalie Heyda, whom he married June 26, 1936, in Waukegan, Ill. He attended Marquette University, was a member of Peace United Church of Christ, Shawano, the Brotherhood, and served as a school board director for the Town of Hobart.

Survivors are his wife, a brother, Laverne (Lavvie), of Washington, D.C., and nieces and nephews. At Born Funeral Home, Shawano, after 2 p.m. Friday until 11 a.m. Saturday, and then a Peace Church, where services will be held at 1 p.m. The Rev Walter H. Waekerle will be in charge. Services will be held a 3 p.m. Saturday at Fort Howard Chapel in Green Bay before committal.
