Funeral services for Brenda McVicker, 60 of Farmerville, LA., will be held at 2:00 P. M. on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at Kilpatrick Funeral Home Chapel in Farmerville. Officiating will be Bro. Bruce Underwood. Interment will follow at Liberty Hill Taylor Cemetery in Farmerville.

She was born on October 3, 1951 and passed away on January 28, 2012. She was a member of Beulah Baptist Church and Conway Baptist Church. Brenda worked for the Farmerville Gazette for many years and was also a volunteer for Casa for several years.

She lived at Conway most of her life and the last year and a half she lived in West Monroe Guest House. She loved all her friends as well as the staff. She was also a collector of all kinds of Teddy Bears.

She is preceded in death by her mother Joye McVicker, and Aunt Callie McVicker.

Survivors include her 3 cousins, Carolyn Denise Johnston of Waynesboro, Mississippi; Joyce Ann Briley of West Monroe, LA; Glyn Wink and husband Troy of West Monroe, LA; very special little 2nd and 3rd cousins that she dearly loved and lots of friends, also two special friends, Jody and Wanda Johnson.

Pallbearers will be Mike Dean, Troy Wink, Jody Johnson, Willie Hair, Kenneth Dixon, Joey Dixon, and Adam Brown.
