Rites Conducted for Mrs. Gribble at Wolf Point
Wolf Point, Feb. 24--Funeral services were held today at the Clayton funeral home for Mrs. Anna J. Gribble who died Sunday at the Steele hospital at Wolf Point. She had been ill for four years. Burial was made in Wolf Point cemetery.
Mrs. Gribble was born Jan. 9, 1866, at Liberty, Iowa. On May 2 [27], 1899, she married R.S. Gribble at Aberdeen, Wash. Gribble was engaged in business at Montasana [Montesano], Wash., where they resided until 1914 when they came to the Bredette community about 35 miles north of Poplar, where they engaged in farming. Mr. Gribble served as postmaster at Bredette for 24 years.
Survivors are the husband, R.S. Gribble, one daughter, Ruth, and two sons, John and Paul, all of the Bredette community.
