Mrs. Dave Sharp Dead.
Mrs. Laura Sharp, wife of Dave Sharp, merchant at Emden, died at 10:30 a. m. last Sunday of liver trouble after an illness of 6 or 8 months. She was born in Shelby county Sept. 26, 1857, and married to Mr. Sharp Dec. 5, 1888. One child, a daughter. Miss Lovie, aged 15 years, was born to this union. Mrs. Sharp was a daughter of uncle Jim Stevenson.
Funeral and burial took place at Andrew Chapel last Monday at 3 p. m. conducted by Rev. G. W. Humphrey of this place and assisted by Rev. Whitworth of Hunnewell. The services were largely attended, deceased being held in the highest esteem.

Death Of Mrs. Sharp.
Mrs. Laura Sharp, wife of Dave Sharp, of Emden, died Sunday morning at 10-30 o'clock, after an Illness of three months. Mrs. Sharp was a daughter of the late Jim Stevenson, of near Prarie View, and was born in Shelby County, Sept. 26, 1857 and was married to D S Sharp, December 5, 1888. Two daughters were born to this union. Mrs. Sharp was a most excellent lady and had been a consistent member of the Baptist church for many years.
Funeral and burial took place at Andrew Chapel Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock, conducted by Rev. G. W. Humphrey, of Shelbyville, assisted by Rev. J. O. Whltworth, of this city.
She leaves a husband, one daughter, two step daughters, one stepson and many other relatives and friends to mourn her death.
