Dulcye "Dee" M. Persinger ENCINITAS /VISTA -- Dulcye Persinger died Monday, January 23, 2012 at the home of her daughter, Phyllis. She was born May 14th, 1921 in Concordia Kansas, and moved to California in 1946. She and her husband Edwin were long time residents of Encinitas until retiring in 1979 and moving to Lake Havasu City. They moved back to the area in 1993. She is survived by daughters, Phyllis Kittinger of Vista and Linda Kennedy of Escondido; grandchildren, Suzanne Dalan, Kathleen McCallum, Brian Kennedy, and Matthew Kennedy; and nine great -grandchildren. There will be a service held at Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside on Tuesday, January 31st, at 1 p.m. A private family graveside service will be held afterwards.
