HEPHZIBAH, Ga. - Bobby Jack Jones, 74, of Hephzibah, Georgia entered into rest Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at his residence.
Bobby was born September 9, 1937 was the son of Beddie Mae Daniels and Elsie Jones of Emanuel County. He had lived most of his life in the Augusta Area. He retired from King Mill after 46 years.
Bobby is preceded in death by his parents and a daughter Tammy Lynn Jones. Left behind to cherish his memory is his wife, Farnell Jones; 5 children, Jack D. Jones (Wanice) of Lincolnton, David N. Jones (Joyce) of Grovetown, Ann Chalker (Rick) of Lincolnton, Patsy Mitchell (Bobby) of Hephzibah, and Mark Jones (Janet) of Hephzibah; 4 step-children, Marie, Ray, Dale, and Wayne; 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; brothers, Billy Jones, Sylvester Parrish, and Huey Williams; sisters, Alda Brown, and Carolyn Corsey; and the mother of children, Juanita Powell of Lincolnton.
Funeral Services will be held 11 am Friday, November 18, 2011 at the Lumpkin Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home.
Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be David Jones, Allen Jones, Anthony Jones, Darrel Chalker, Bryan Jones, and Michael Curl.
