Born in Marion, SC, December 8, 1927, she was the daughter of the late McKever Rouse and Etta Sports Rouse.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Wilkes; and her son, Bobby Wilkes.
Mrs. Wilkes was a member of Lighthouse Full Gospel Church, and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her children; a sister; 8 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
