Macon Randolph Poindexter, of Washington D. C., died at his home on Nov. 22.
He was the son of George Fauntleroy Poindexter, of Lynchburg.
In addition to his wife and father, he is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Edward Lewis, of Chantilly, Mrs. A. G. Tolley, of Chapel Hill, N. C., and Mrs. Theodore Rugin, of Tonawanda, N. Y.; one son Robert Poindexter, of Washington; Four brothers, Emmett Poindexter, Richmond, N. J., Morris Poindexter, of Savannah, Ga., Evans Poindexter, of Selma, N. C., and Miles Poindexter, of Danville; one sister Mrs Anna Frazer, of Washington; and six grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Nov. 24 at St. David's Episcopal Church in Washington and interment was in the Parklawn Cemetery, Rockville, Md.
