Mary L Click, 74, was reunited with her husband, Don, Friday, August 8, 2008. Mary was born in Coalton, Ohio, August 30, 1933. She married Don Click in 1953, who passed away in 1995. They were both very active in the Coalton Volunteer Fire Department. In addition to her husband, Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Martha (Hannon) Dixon, brothers Kenneth "Bud", Gerald "Get" and Fred Dixon and one sister Ruth Dixon Rice.
Surviving are sisters Sandy (Lawson) Rippeth of Coalton and Eleanor (John) Briden of Alliance and brother Bill (Sue) Dixon of San Francisco, Calif.; special nephews, Jeff Rippeth of Coalton and P.J. (Amanda) Rippeth, Captain in the U.S. Army, stationed in Kuwait; nieces, Angie Ferguson of Coalton and Tracey (Donovan) workman of Jackson; a very precious great nephew, Gavin Workman of Jackson and a host of family and friends who loved and adored Mary very much.
Aunt Mary "Mert", as many called her, was an extremely warm and giving person who touched the lives of those who had the privilege of knowing her. Mary and Don were every-one's aunt and uncle whether they were related or not. Mary leaves a testimony for her Lord, through the long life she led and leaves behind the peace of knowing that she is safe in the arms of Jesus.
Friends may call Monday, August 11, from 4 - 8 p.m. at the Mayhew Funeral Home. Funeral services are scheduled for Tuesday, August 12, at 1 p.m. at Mayhew Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Coalton Greenlawn Memory Gardens at Coalton, Ohio.
