Emma was a native of McFarland and a longtime resident of Madison, Wisconsin.

She married Paul F Gnatzig and they had three children: a son Harold Paul, and twins, Lawrence Alfred and Laura.

Emma and Paul moved to California about 1947.

Emma passed away about 6 months after her husband Paul passed away.

She is laid to rest beside her two sons Harold Paul Gnatzig, Lawrence Alfred Gnatzig and husband, Paul F. Gnatzig.
