After Martha died in 1893, he moved to Van Zandt County, Texas and there married a widow, Mary Susanna Isabella BARBER SHINN on April 30, 1896. After one child, they divorced in December 1898 and he married a third time in December 1899 to Fannie Blackwelder and had two more children. He was admitted to the State Hospital in Austin, Travis County on 22 Sep 1903.
Austin State Hospital provided the following information about William Riley Vincent/Vinson: He is listed as W. R. Vinson. He arrived here on 22 Sep 1903 and died 12 Oct 1906; he is buried in our cemetery. The only problem is, we don't know the grave location.
