Elmer BECK, 86, former Justice of the Peace, died at 6 a.m. today at his home in Fulton from a cerebral hemorrhage. He had been ill one week. Born near Macy March 7, 1863, he was quite active in Republican politics. His parents were John and Celah NICHOLS BECK, and he was married in Rochester in 1937 to Grace ONETH. A member of the Fulton E.U.B. church, he is survived by the wife and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Ditmire chapel, Fulton, and burial will be made in the Fulton cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel.
