Chicago Tribune (IL) - November 05, 1948 MOZACK Abstract
1st Lt. Richard W. Mozack, U.S.A.A.F., of 4939 Warwick avenue, killed in action, Feb. 10, 1945, over Tinian, Marianna Islands, son of Walter and Maryann, nee Komosinski, brother of Kenneth. Service Saturday, No. 6, 1948, 10 a.m., at funeral home, 2242 N. Leavitt street. Interment Ridgewood cemetery. Military honors by Portage Park post, No. 183, A.L.

Richard Mozack was the Bombardier of crew 83-11, 505th BG and 483rd Bomb Sdqn, flying in B-29 'Jook Girl' when it crashed on T/O from North Field, Tinian, on a mission to bomb the Nakajima Aircraft Factory.
