He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Belcher; parents, Charles and Virgie Belcher; brother, Tim Belcher. Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Jamie and Rachel Belcher; brother and sister-in-law, Greg and Peggy Belcher; sisters and brothers-in-law, Sherry and Gerald Potter; Sonja and Jim Purcell; sister, Marcia Vogt.
