Charlotte Ruth Fauss (Anderson), 91, of Lincoln, died January 21, 2012. Charlotte was born on September 29, 1920 in Lincoln, the daughter of Roland and Emma Anderson. She lived most of her life in Lincoln, graduating from Lincoln High in 1938 and the National Business Institute in 1940. She worked as a secretary at Whittier Jr. High and in the UNL Entomology Department.

Charlotte married Lloyd Fauss in 1940 and together they raised four sons. She was widowed in 1984 and remarried Vernon Fauss in 1994. They were married for 10 years. She was a member of Calvary Church for 87 years and her Christian faith was the foundation of her life on Earth and eternal life in Heaven.

Survivors include three sons and daughter-in-laws, David & Ann Fauss of Roseburg, OR, John and Bonnie Fauss of Tulsa, OK, Richard and Christine Fauss of Louisburg, KS; one step-son and step daughter-in-law Vern and Vivian Fauss of Casper, WY; a step-son Clyde Fauss of Phoenix, AZ; a step-daughter and step son-in-law Carol and Charlie Gauker of Yankton, SD; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, her husbands; sisters Gladys and Bernice; brothers James and Rolland and son Larry.

Funeral Services will be at 10:30a.m. Saturday, February 4th at Calvary UMC, 1610 S. 11th St.
Visitation will be Friday February 3rd from 9-9 with the family present from 6-8pm at Butherus, Maser & Love Funeral Home, 4040 A" St. and Saturday 9:30-10:30am at the Church. Officiating will be Reverend Dr. Bill Hunter.

Committal Service will be Monday, February 6, 2012 at 10:00am at Wyuka Cemetery. Family and friends will meet at the "O" Street Entrance at 10:00am on Monday.
