Judith Ann Collins, 68 years of age, became Our Gift to God on Friday, January 20, 2012 at her residence. Judy was God's Gift to Us on December 28, 1943 in Buffalo, New York the daughter of Edwin E. and Mildred M. (Steele) Rhodes. A resident of Streetsboro the past 42 years, Judy had been employed at K-Mart Pharmacy in Streetsboro for 26 years where following additional education she became a Certified Pharmacy Technician and a valued employee retiring in 2010. An avid reader, Judy was a devoted NASCAR fan. She will always be remembered for her warm smile and the love for family, friends and her grandson Jacob with whom she cherished special times spent. On June 30, 1968, she married Ronald K. Collins who preceded her in death on July 1, 1992. She was also preceded in death by her father Edwin E. Rhodes in 1961. Survivors include her devoted sons Michael E. Collins of Streetsboro and Matthew A. (Roberta) Collins of Brooklyn, Ohio; her loving mother Mildred M. Rhodes of Streetsboro; her dear sisters, Carol Rhodes of Middlefield, Ohio and Betty (Bud) Bednar of Shalersville; and her cherished grandson Jacob Collins. Calling hours will be Tuesday from from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM at the Green Family Funeral home & Crematory Service in Mantua, where her funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
