Died-In Gonzales, Sunday night, at 11:45 p.m., J. H. B. Wood, aged 38 years.
Mr. wood has been a citizen of Gonzales county about three years. His former home was in Ashboro, North Carolina. He was a nephew of Mr. H. K. Wood. Mr. Wood had been sick for several weeks with pneumonia. Being of strong constitution, he held out against the disease wonderfully, and it was thought once he would recover. He was buried Monday evening at 4 o'clock in the Public cemetery, Rev. J. A. Lyons officiating.
