Born Sept. 27, 1984, in Dover, the son David and Lisa (Croteau) Cummings, he graduated from Somersworth High School, Class of 2002, attended Worcester State College and graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, R.I.
While at Somersworth High School he played baseball, hockey and golf and while at Worcester State he played baseball and hockey. He enjoyed fishing and loved the Patriots and the Red Sox.
He was employed at Kelly's Row and Mel's Restaurant and most recently was club chef at Gillette Stadium. He was a member of St. Martin's Church.
Survivors include his parents, David and Lisa Cummings of Somersworth; brother, Ryan Cummings of Norwood, Mass.; grandparents, John and Carol Cummings of Somersworth; and the love of his life, Seanna Larkin of Attleboro, Mass.; two uncles, Don and Cindy Cummings and their daughter, Jessica, of Dover and Michael Croteau of Mass.; an aunt and uncle, Cindy and Richard Mowbray and godparents, Gene and Priscilla Bowker.
He was predeceased by grandparents, Wilfred and Lucille Croteau; his uncle, Jerry Croteau and a cousin, Jason Croteau.
Visiting hours will be Monday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Tasker Funeral Home, 621 Central Ave., Dover. A Mass of Christian burial will be Tuesday, Sept. 16 at 11 a.m. at St. Martin's Church, Maple Street, Somersworth. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
