Daughter of Josiah Coburn Parker of Massachusetts and Martha Lewis of Maine. Charlotte married James Frederick Littlefield on November 8, 1843 in Bangor, ME. From this union they had the following children:

Edwin Parker Littlefield
James Frederick "Freddie" Littlefield
Elmer Littlefield

She died while living with her daughter Fannie Littlefield White and her family, in Chicago.

Buried at Mt. Hope on September 29, 1899 in Lot 338CG.
