Born Aug. 2, 1920, in New Kensington, he had lived in Russellton for the past 50 years.
He worked as a typewriter repairman for Central Office Products in New Kensington for more than 30 years.
He was a member of Transfiguration Roman Catholic Church, Russellton.
He enjoyed playing golf, bowling and watching football.
Survivors include his sons, daughters, stepdaughters, 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and his brothers.
He was preceded in death by both his wives, Virginia 'Bibsi' (Olar) Mennitto and Helen (Klem) Mennitto; his daughter, Michelle Brondyke; his parents, John and Frances (DeSimone) Mennitto; his sisters, Florence Roberts and Rose Batcher; and his brother, John Mennitto.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in SiwickiI-Yanicko Funeral Home, 23 McKrell Road, Russellton, West Deer, where the services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday.
Burial will be in Deer Creek Cemetery, Harmar Township.
