Mrs. Martha Jean Armbruster, 82, Fulton, died Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2009, at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Memphis, Tenn.
A clerk for Bell South Telephone Company, she attended Sunday School at First Baptist Church, Fulton and was a member of Telephone Pioneer Club. Her husband, Howard Armbruster, died Feb. 9, 2009. Born Oct. 26, 1926, in Fulton, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Ruby Lena Paschall Brown.
Survivors include one son, Lynn Armbruster and wife, Cheryl, Arlington, Tenn; two grandchildren, Brandon Armbruster, Memphis, Tenn., and Crystal Armbruster, Murfreesboro, Tenn; niece, Kim Patterson, Brandon, Miss.; one brother, Charles Ray and wife, Pat Brown, South Fulton, Tenn. The funeral will be today (Friday) at 1 p.m. at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel, Fulton. Rev. Deb Christenson will officiate. Burial will follow in the Pleasant View Memorial Gardens. Visitation is now at the funeral home.
