The marriage of Miss Florence Browning Brooks, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Louis F. Brooks of Poolesville, and Rev. Jacob Herman Snyder, pastor of the Methodist Episcopal Church at Hope, N.J., took place Tuesday evening in the home of the bride's parents.

Sympathy is extended to James and Harold Brooks, Poolesville, in the recent passing of their sister, Mrs. Florence Brooks Snyder, of Cumberland. Mrs Snyder is survived by her husband, the Rev. Jacob Snyder.

Services were held both at Cumberland and Poolesville on May 20 with interment in Monocacy Cemetery at Beallsville.
