Gettysburg Times (PA) May 28, 1966

Mrs. Sarah A. Waddell, 76, Biglerville R. 1, died Friday evening at 10:15 o'clock in the Warner Hospital where she had been a patient for two weeks. She entered the hospital three weeks after the death of her husband, Prentice Clements Waddell, April 23 in the Hanover Hospital. They were former residents of Montgomery Co., Md.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Charles Matthews, Poolesville, Md., and Mrs. Thomas Clements, Daytona Beach, Fla.; and three sons, Woolwine Waddell, Barnesville, Md.; Stewart, Biglerville, and Charles, Gettysburg; 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

The Bender Funeral Home released the body this morning to the Hilton Funeral Home, Barnesville, Md. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
