The funeral liturgy will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Rite of Committal will follow at Crestview Memorial Park under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
A son of the late Eleuterio and Amada (Munoz) Robledo, Pedro was born on October 9, 1935 in Cameron, Texas. He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Pedro served our country proudly in the United States Air Force, retiring with 20 years of service as a MSGT Aircraft Mechanic, Plumbing and Hydraulic. After retirement, he worked for PPG five years as a maintenance mechanic. Then went into his own advertisement business with sales and delivery all over Texas and Oklahoma. He then decided to work for Palco Plumbing delivering parts until it shut down. O’Reilly’s was his next adventure to delivering. All the while on week-ends working many flea markets for the past 40 years. Pedro enjoyed shooting pool, garage sales and thrift stores finding new items for his flea market sales. He loved being with his family and getting his kids together for Sunday breakfast.
Along with his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Helen Ozuna Robledo; and his four sons, Pedro, Jr., Ricardo, Antonio “Tony”, and Eleuterio “Ted”. His two brothers, Joe, Tony, and one sister, Helen.
He is survived by his daughters, Amada Robledo Forester and husband Philip, Brandi Lee Johnson and husband Stephen; sister-in-law, Margaret Morgan; daughters-in-law, Erma Robledo and Sharon Robledo all from Wichita Falls; his brother, Benino Robledo and wife Mary of Austin; grandchildren, Kia, Melissa, Vicky, Jamie, Sandi, Chris, Antonio Jr. (Bubba), Victoria, Stacie, Amanda, Samantha, Ricardo, Robert, Jessica, Tori, Ananda, and Danielle; twenty-one great-grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
A Christian Wake will be held at 7:00 p.m. officiated by Deacon Robert Selvera followed by a family visitation until 8:30 p.m. Friday, March 24, 2017 at Owens & Brumley Funeral Home of Wichita Falls.
