Born in Hope Valley on May 14, 1930, he was the son of the late Clifford S. Sr. and Edith (Avery) Andrews. Mr. Andrews owned and operated the former Top of the Hill Restaurant in Hope Valley for many years before his retirement.
He is survived by his three daughters. He also leaves his his sister-in-law; seven grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
He was predeceased by his wife, Helen M. (Parmenter) Andrews; his daughter, M. Kris Glunt in August 2005; and his brother, Loren Andrews Sr. Funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. in the First Baptist Church in Hope Valley, Main Street, Hope Valley, with a calling hour to precede the service from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Hope Valley. Arrangements have been entrusted to the S.R Avery Funeral Home, Main Street, Hope Valley.
